Excellent overall experience. Incredibly hospitable staff, plentiful breakfast, best possible location just next door to Jemaa el-Fnaa square and the souks, the medina in search of a meal and a restaurant of city-wide renown. Nicely decorated and quiet room overall.

The staff were spectacularly helpful, We had a really relaxing and enjoyable break. The riad is small decorated in modern morrocan style. We had breakfast on the roof terrace every day and they provided very good meals for us on two occasions. The staff organised a couple of excursions, gave us advice about where to visit and how to get there. We were there in July, the airconditioning was very welcome. Would definitely recommend it very friendly, very nice.

Very well looked after from the moment we arrived and the staff were always attentive and dropped anything they were doing if we needed anything. The room was excellent and was changed every day.Near the Royal Palace so you had to walk but this it what city breaks are all about and if you need a taxi always negotiate the price before getting in but to experience authentic Marrakesh would recommend you give it a try.

The double room at Riad Al Badia was amazing! It had air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The room was so cozy and had everything we needed. As a guest, I felt really comfortable and relaxed in the room.
Personally, I found the all-day room service a bit overwhelming. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Fantastic caring and personal service from staff. Lovely room and overall surroundings in the Riad. Some people might find the location challenging (up small alleyways) but we found it a real adventure and the locals very friendly. Transfer from the airport to Riad was a must for us and arranged through the Riad - we probably would not have found it otherwise. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed both breakfast there and watching the sunset each evening with superb views of snow on the Atlas Mountains. The wild birdlife was terrific with finches, swifts, and huge storks flying past just a few feet away! Sitting having a drink in the cool Riad after a day's walking was delightful.
Some of the surrounding rooftops were a bit "chaotic" so you had to look across them to the mountains.

Great service from early in the morning to late at night. Very friendly owner (Laurent) and personnel. Very nice, well decorated and very clean Riad (both the central area and the room) close to the Roal Palace in the old town. The central square and major other touristic places are at walking distance. Within the Riad you can enjoy a quite place to relax from the hectics of the city.
The Wifi connection did not work always properly in the room, but worked okay in the central area of the Riad.

Excellent personalized attention from all the staff. They are always available for you and if you need something immediately they try to help you. The breakfast very nice. The room very comfortable and nicely designed.
A very small detail. The water from the shower is not warm at all times. And for people that like to watch TV sometimes, there is no TV. But this is a hotel to relax and distract from everyday life, so a TV is not needed.

Flexibility ("breakfast is when you get up") and friendly staff. Relaxing in the sun on the rooftop terrace.
Lack of doors on bathrooms (but actually being put right as we left!).
